MCOP campus celebrated GANESH UTSAV - 2019 from September 2, 2019 to September 6, 2019.
On Sep. 2, on the occasion of ‘Ganesh Chaturthi’ with full enthusiasm MCOP staff and students installed the ‘Ganesha idol’ in the institute for 5 days. The multi-talented students of MCOP started preparations for decorations before 7 days only…. glittery papers, beautiful flowers, attractive decoration pieces… witnessed student’s enthusiasm.
Day 1 and 2: On September 2, 2019 - Ganesh Chaturthi, Ganeshotsav started by welcoming Lord Ganesha for Sthapana at MCOP college with rituals – Maha Aarati and Pooja in an atmosphere full of devotional fervor. Students danced with enthusiasm and zeal to the beats of traditional instruments to welcome the Lord Ganesha.
The atmosphere at the campus was filled with vibrations and positivity assuring positivity to everybody for upcoming days. Everyone in the campus were eager and excitedly waiting for all the upcoming events planned to welcome and greet the Remover of Obstacles (Vighnaharta) and God of knowledge with lots of happiness and love.
The start of every next day morning witnessed the gathering of faculty – staff members and , students turning out in large numbers for performing the Aarti – Pooja and for seeking the blessings of Bappa.

Day 5: The last day of current year Ganeshotsav Celebration observed with special Pooja and Worship. The Lord Satyanarayan Poojan with Lord Ganesha was organized in the college. Delicious and Mouthwatering PRASAD made by students were offered for the final Aarti. Traditionally dressed MCOP students and staff participated in Ganpati immersion rally. Visarjan was carried out in the sounds of specially hired system and lord Ganesha bid adieu to everyone and blessed us till he visits next year. Students are well aware about their social responsibility. We immersed the idol in the holy river Godavari. These 5 days were indeed the most enchanting days on the campus.
These 5 days were filled with grand ‘aartis’, delicious prashad and lots of blessing from ‘Ganpati Bappa’.
