MES’s MCOP’s Library was established with the college in 2012 , Today our library storied in 202.32 sq.feet place. In this hall Stack section, Periodical sections are available. At time 60 Students and faculty members can seat in both reading room. In the library, books are arranged on shelves in a subject wise manner according to call number. "Dewey Decimal Classification System Edition 21st " is used for classifying the books.

  • Rich Collection of Pharmaceutical sciences reference books, Textbooks, Social Science books and General reading books on (Management, Autobiographies, Motivational, Health, Communication and Soft skills) in English and Marathi.
  • Conducts orientation programs for newly admitted students of F.Y.B.Pharm and F.Y.D.Pharm courses.
  • Provides guidance in respect of research books, journals and websites to users for their research and technical events
  • Provides Reprographic, Printing and Scanning facility in Library.
  • Provides books for reading room on I Card.
  • Content Based Service to students.

Library Rules

  1. Books & General books are lent for home purpose to all Eligible members.
  2. Reference books, bound volumes journals are not lent out of the library.
  3. The borrowing of books can be made against the library card only.
  4. In order to get the books renewed, they have to be physically presented at the circulation counters of the library. Books are reissued only if there is no claim.
  5. A library user can reserve a book by filling up reservation form, for reservation of books at the library counter.
  6. No book in damaged condition will be accepted from the reader.
  7. Loss of book must be reported immediately. If the reader has lost a book he / she must have to replace the book or pay total price of the book.
  8. The reader should check the book thoroughly for missing pages, chapters, pictures etc. while borrowing the book.
  9. The borrowing facility can be withdrawn or restricted in case of misbehavior or misuse of the library.
  10. A fine of 1=00 is charged per day for books overdue.
  1. All Students Can obtain the library membership against the fee- receipt.
  2. Students are required to fill in the membership form along with 2 stamp sized photos. On completion of necessary formalities, students are given a Library membership number, which is unique and library card (borrower card) is issued to them.
  3. All faculty members are the members of the library. On their appointment in the faculty Cadre they are allotted the membership against which they can borrow books and Issue Back journals.
  4. All other non teaching employees can avail of the library facilities Alike facility members, The library card remains valid for the period indicated on it, and the same can be issued Every academic year
  1. A Person desirous of using the library shall enter his/her name, address and time of entry legibly and put signature in the register kept at the entrance for the purpose.
  2. Strict decorum and discipline must be maintained in the Library. Users must ensure that rights of other of the Library are not breached in anyway by their own acts of commission or demission.
  3. Use of Cell phones is not allowed. If readers wish to keep them while using the Library, they must be switched off.
  4. Smoking, eating, sleeping and talking loudly are strictly prohibited in the Library.
  5. A non-member can use the library materials in the Library premises with the permission of the Director General/ Deputy Director General/ Librarian.
  6. Readers must not bring sticks, umbrellas, briefcases, boxes and other such articles into the Library. They may be deposited at the Library property counter.
  7. Documents taken out of the shelves must be left on the table. Replacing the documents on shelves by users is not encouraged as the documents may get misplaced.
  8. Readers should not mark, underline, write, or tear pages or otherwise damage the library documents.
  9. Readers are requested to handle all Library property carefully to avoid damage to it and also not to disturb other readers/users.
  10. No Library material can be taken out of the Library without permission of the Librarian.
  11. Photocopying service is available for bonafide members of the library at nominal charges. All Photocopying must comply with copyright legislation.
  12. Some items in the Library cannot be copied because of copyright laws, poor condition, or donor restrictions.
  13. The discretion/ decision of the Director General/ Deputy Director General/ Librarian in any matter pertaining to Library services will be binding on the Library users.
  14. Anyone who violates the rules and regulations of the Library may be debarred from using the Library facilities or other punishments due for breach of law or norms of public order and decency.
  15. The Librarian, with the approval of the Director General/ Deputy Director General, reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any of these rules as and when required.
  16. Suggestions on all aspects of library services are welcome.
